Maya brings with her many years of professional and business experience that spans across the banking, retail and service industries in many areas of the world. Originally from Latvia where Maya studied at the Polytech Institute, she moved to Israel in 1972 where she worked for the largest bank in Israel in the foreign exchange department before moving to Los Angeles in the late 1980’s. She speaks English, Hebrew, and Russian fluently.
An entrepreneur at heart, Maya founded and managed two different retail and service businesses in Los Angeles for 25 years. She always loved working with clients and helping meet their needs. Maya believes in treating her clients like family and her philosophy is simple, they always come first.
Maya has a passion for the design and aesthetics of homes, so real estate was a natural next step. Buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a life changing experience and her goal is to alleviate the stress, making the process as smooth as possible, while providing the highest level of customer service.
Maya is a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and holds Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Condominium Specialist Designations from the National Association of Realtors. She is a team member Claudia Flores Properties, one of the top producing teams at Keller Williams Beverly Hills.
In her free time, Maya enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading a good book, watching movies, cooking and taking part in different community activities. Maya is an active member of JNF Women’s Club.
