I've worked with Claudia on two homes now and I absolutely love her! She is extremely savvy, looks out for her clients and unprecedented by any other agent out there--- and I know, I've worked with other agents from various firms. She is exceptional at what she does! Claudia is not only a real estate agent, but she also has her broker's license and a law degree under her belt. What more can you ask for in an agent! She knows her stuff from every possible angle! Additionally, she knows how to handle your loan officer and doesn't back down from a challenge. She is a true problem-solver. And furthermore, when your transaction is complete, Claudia continues to be there for you should you have any additional questions. All in all, and with great confidence, I recommend Claudia to anyone looking to buy a home and or investment properties. Claudia will forever be my real estate agent.

Claudia helped me with both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my existing condo. Throughout the process, she and her team were incredibly professional, assertive and on top of every detail. As I was purchasing an older home, there were issues that came up during inspection. She went back to the seller and and respectfully fought on my behalf for the appropriate credits. The deal could have fallen through if not handled delicately, and I think that speaks to her negotiation and relationship skills. Claudia took great care of me, and I have continued to refer her to friends and family (who she has taken great care of, too)!
Over the years I have worked with several different real estate agents on purchases/sales from small rental properties to multi-million dollar estates. Under very difficult circumstances Ms. Flores handled my recent sale in a professional manner which exceeded my very high expectations. A few examples of her extraordinary services would include: 1) suggestions regarding the listing price of the property was spot-on; 2) her extremely pleasant personality in meeting with the potential buyers and their brokers; 3) handling last minute problems caused by both the home owners association and the buyer's difficulty in qualifying for a loan; and 4) her expertise in the entire process including dealing with escrow and a difficult buyer; and 5) the pleasant way of providing me with updates and explaining when certain decisions needed to be made. In summary, I will only use Ms. Flores in all my future dealings.

Claudia was an amazing guide during our first home buying experience. She took the time to explain everything in immense details so we understood exactly what was going on with each step. She provided helpful lists of open houses each week that mapped out properties in our target area and budget and eventually guided us to our current home. She was always quick to respond via email, phone, or text - it really helped to streamline things during crucial times. From the beginning Claudia, she handled herself with confidence and knowledge. She showed us the properties that met our guidelines. Knows exactly the forms and how to complete them with little or no trouble. Has an ability to help get the inspections completed and nothing gets her rattled. Knows how to keep situations from boiling over. Worked well with the other broker and didn't let them take advantage of us. It was a fast escrow and we were ready to close on schedule and had to wait for the Sellers broker to complete his requirements.
